This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct patient consultations through telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including medical providers and exercise physiologists.
• Deliver exceptional care and achieve positive outcomes for patients.
• Engage with patients through both synchronous and asynchronous communication methods.
• A minimum of a 4-year degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, along with at least 1 year of experience in coaching lifestyle and habit changes through nutrition and exercise.
• Must be a resident of the US or possess legal authorization to work in the United States (NPI required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Nutritional Science.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian, particularly with patients suffering from Diabetes or other metabolic disorders.
• Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) in good standing.
• Familiarity with clinical competencies in accordance with the Nutrition Care Standards set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• High level of proficiency and experience with medical technology, including EMR systems and mobile applications.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Capability to manage a substantial patient load and utilize multiple platforms for both in-person and app-based communication.
• A strong capacity to empathize and build enduring connections with patients.
• Experience and comfort with our proprietary technology application.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
