This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish and nurture effective professional relationships with medical providers, claims adjusters, and clients.
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Apply fundamental problem-solving abilities to facilitate early intervention and injury identification.
• Guide recommended care towards network providers.
• Conduct follow-ups on injury status.
• Accurately and thoroughly document in files using standard documentation formats.
• Adhere to all standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Maintain an overall quality assurance average of 95%.
• Engage in departmental projects and attend meetings.
• Possession of an active and unencumbered registered nursing license.
• A minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
• The primary RN license must be a compact license.
• Experience in occupational medicine, emergency department, or urgent care is preferred.
• California nurse licensure is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Capability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in computer operations.
• Required typing speed of at least 30 to 40 words per minute.
• Excellent oral communication and telephone skills are necessary.
• Must demonstrate a solid understanding of state laws and guidelines.
• The Clinical Advisor Services Analyst is tasked with conducting telephonic assessments of work-related injuries.
• Responsible for performing telephone assessments of work-related injuries and illnesses.
