This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and assess physiological data to enhance healthcare providers’ patient care strategies.
• Act as a liaison between patients and providers to facilitate adherence to remote monitoring care plans.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls to deliver clinical support and educational resources.
• Keep precise records and document monitoring activities and conversations in a cloud-based platform.
• Ensure effective and consistent communication with patients and healthcare providers.
• Handle incoming calls that require clinical guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Development, and other departments to improve the experiences of patients and providers.
• Work together on customer procedures, policies, and standards.
• Support Clinical & Regulatory Affairs with tasks related to remote patient monitoring.
• Execute responsibilities in line with the quality management system requirements.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a dynamic high-tech startup environment.
• Report to the Director of Nursing and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with verified credentials and licensure in Puerto Rico.
• LPN or RN credentials and licensure in any other state is a bonus but not mandatory.
• Residing in the USA.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Must meet the qualifications of “qualified clinical staff” as per the CPT codebook.
• At least 3 years of experience as licensed clinical staff with patient management, either remote or in-person.
• Previous experience in diabetic care, wound care, chronic disease management, or remote patient monitoring programs is highly advantageous.
• Experience in supporting Veterans within the VA/DOD healthcare sector is a plus.
• Capability to analyze data and provide clear clinical feedback.
• Demonstrated record of professional and effective communication skills with customers.
• Ability to build rapport, foster relationships, and effectively resolve conflict situations.
• Familiarity with technological troubleshooting and various smartphone platforms.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 13485, and HIPAA/PIPEDA standards is an asset.
• Exceptional attention to detail, decision-making, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Capability to excel in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced, high-tech startup atmosphere.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to determine your own working hours within the 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST timeframe.
