This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Outline the step-by-step procedure for performing health assessments in the homes of patients.

• Identify the administrative and clinical challenges that are specific to field-based patient interactions.

• Offer insights on how payer-sponsored requirements influence clinical workflows.

• Explain the technology and medical equipment utilized during in-home visits.

• Participate in a moderated remote video conference to discuss recent experiences with in-home health evaluations.

• Guide through pre-visit preparations, assessment protocols, and post-visit documentation procedures.

• Respond to hypothetical situations and explain how common challenges encountered in the field are addressed.

• Talk about the software and medical tools that are frequently utilized.

• Must hold a current license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician.

• Recent or active experience with conducting payer-sponsored in-home health assessments is required.

• Should be comfortable discussing intricate clinical workflows and administrative practices.

• Must be available to participate in a remote video call from a quiet and professional setting.

• Recent hands-on experience in providing in-home patient care is essential.
