This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Perform virtual assessments of patients and gather their medical histories.
• Identify and manage obesity along with associated chronic conditions.
• Prescribe and oversee medications while adhering to clinical protocols and supervision guidelines.
• Create, execute, and modify personalized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress, safety, and response to treatment.
• Provide education to patients regarding the medical and behavioral components of obesity management.
• Address clinical concerns and modify care as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams and engage in case reviews.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Adhere to telehealth, prescribing, and compliance standards.
• Valid PA-C or NP license along with a DEA registration in good standing (mandatory).
• Preference for candidates from the following states: CT, MD, NC, NH, OH, RI, TX, VA, VT.
• NP board certification or graduation from an accredited PA program.
• Eligibility for telehealth services in assigned states.
• Preferred experience in primary care, obesity medicine, endocrinology, or chronic disease management.
• Preferred experience in telehealth services.
