Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant – Bilingual, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct preventative care screenings, carry out medication reconciliation, diagnose medical issues, and offer health coaching, referrals, and treatment when clinically suitable.

• Reach out to members who are more chronically ill based on historical and anticipated health data.

• Engage with members who are less likely to visit their primary care provider.

• Identify areas in the member's healthcare journey that could be enhanced by improving their access to care with a licensed provider.

• Cross-train in urgent care and/or virtual primary care service lines.

• Interact with members through virtual means, including virtual assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.

• PA or DNP, FNP, ENP from an accredited program.

• Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).

• Compact RN (NP only).

• Experience with Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or managing HEDIS quality measures.

• Physician Assistant: Licensed in Georgia and one of the following states: Florida, Texas, or Ohio.

• Non-bilingual NP: Licensed in Georgia and one of the following states: Florida, Texas, or Ohio.

• Bilingual NP: Licensed in Florida.

• Capability to obtain licensure in additional states.

• Over 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
