This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional psychiatric care by conducting thorough evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and creating personalized treatment plans that adhere to clinical best practices and SonderMind standards.

• Manage and monitor medication regimens, evaluate treatment progress, and modify care plans as required to achieve optimal clinical results.

• Uphold clinical documentation standards by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant records for all client interactions in line with company, legal, and payer guidelines.

• Facilitate continuity of care by collaborating with therapists, care coordinators, and other healthcare providers to guarantee a cohesive and integrated care experience for clients.

• Fulfill productivity expectations by maintaining a consistent schedule and achieving baseline targets for completed clinical encounters, with opportunities for additional compensation through productivity-based incentives.

• Utilize technology and clinical tools, including the InSync platform, to effectively manage caseloads, streamline documentation processes, and enhance the quality of care delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in the relevant state(s).

• Must possess 103 designation.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.

• Experience in conducting psychiatric evaluations and overseeing medication management.

• Strong clinical judgment complemented by a commitment to evidence-based care.

• Ability to maintain timely and precise documentation.

• Comfortable working in a technology-driven care setting.
