Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Manage a complete patient panel addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep through virtual care.

• Deliver ongoing, relationship-focused care over extended periods.

• Prescribe and independently oversee hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

• Assess patients for pharmacological weight management options, including GLP-1 therapies.

• Make independent clinical decisions.

• Conduct efficient, high-volume visits while ensuring warmth and quality in care.

• Complete documentation, ensure follow-through, close care loops, and achieve productivity targets.

• Utilize EHR, video, AI scribe, Slack, and clinical decision-support platforms.

• Provide occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must live within the state of Washington.

• Active board certification: FNP-C, FNP-BC, or WHNP-BC.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.

• At least 3 years of experience prescribing and titrating HRT independently.

• Over 3 years of experience managing a continuous NP patient panel and making autonomous clinical decisions.

• A minimum of 3 years of synchronous telemedicine experience.

• At least 1 year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight-management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.

• Multiple active state licenses.

• DEA certification preferred.

• Reliable high-speed internet access required.

• Ability to work effectively in a virtual setting.

• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or across different time zones as required.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without any current or future sponsorship requirements.

• Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine certification preferred.
