Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychological evaluations for both new and returning patients.

• Manage medications following established protocols.

• Assess new patients to identify their mental health requirements and create suitable care plans.

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments on returning patients to track progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Schedule follow-ups during appointments with the Provider.

• Complete charting and service documentation.

• Write prescriptions as required.

• Collaborate with the digital coordinator to manage staffing levels efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.

• A current and valid nursing license in Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• Certification in psychiatric nursing is preferred.

• Additional certifications in telehealth or related fields are advantageous.

• Must pass a Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check.

• Obtain clearances for Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting.

• Must pass a Drug Screen.

• Completion of a 2 Step TB Test is required.
