Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough telehealth assessments that encompass patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.

• Create and oversee tailored care plans for individuals with chronic lung diseases.

• Lead respiratory therapists in delivering direct patient care.

• Collaborate with physical therapists and referring providers to guarantee coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

• Educate and counsel patients on pulmonary health, self-management strategies, and lifestyle changes.

• Ensure precise and timely documentation utilizing BreatheSuite's EMR and Coaching Dashboard.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid certification as a Nurse Practitioner with an active license in CO, AZ, or UT.

• Active advanced practice nursing license in good standing.

• DEA license is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner.

• Strong clinical competencies with experience in primary care, pulmonology, or chronic disease management.

• Previous experience supervising or managing other healthcare professionals.

• Proficiency with or willingness to learn telehealth platforms, EMR systems, and remote monitoring technologies.

• Access to a computer equipped with a webcam and microphone, along with a reliable internet connection.

• Minimum commitment of 8 hours per week; 16+ hours preferred with consistent weekly availability.
