Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers to offer integrated, holistic care.

• Create personalized care plans that may include nutrition, behavioral health, supplements, lifestyle changes, medication management, and other evidence-based interventions.

• Assess patient symptoms and clinical progress, order and interpret lab tests when necessary, and work with supervising physicians on treatment planning and care escalation.

• Provide ongoing support to patients through telehealth visits and asynchronous communication, assisting them in implementing care plans and reaching their health objectives.

• Follow evidence-based clinical guidelines and best practices, including those set forth by the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) and the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG).

• Deliver care virtually using Ayble's telehealth platform while ensuring high standards of clinical quality, patient engagement, and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Post-Master's Certificate, or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

• Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner through ANCC, AANPCB, or another recognized certifying organization.

• Active, unrestricted RN and APRN licenses in at least five (5) U.S. states.

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week.

• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.

• Experience in supporting patients with chronic disease management, behavior change, and ongoing care.

• Familiarity with evidence-based communication techniques, including Motivational Interviewing and other behavior modification methods.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and digital collaboration tools.

• Demonstrated empathy and a patient-centered approach to care.

• Ability to successfully pass background checks, credentialing, and reference verifications.
