This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Assess patient medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Analyze prescription requests and evaluate treatment suitability utilizing clinical guidelines and independent medical judgment.
• Perform and record synchronous video and/or phone consultations in applicable states.
• Work collaboratively with clinical operations, administrative, and support teams to facilitate efficient patient care.
• Provide education to patients regarding treatment plans, medications, associated risks, and follow-up recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within telehealth platforms and EMR systems.
• Assist in ongoing enhancements to clinical workflows and operational processes.
• Help maintain high standards for patient safety, compliance, and customer experience.
• Possess an active Nurse Practitioner license(s) in good standing.
• Licensed in 13 or more U.S. states.
• Strong preference for licensure in: CA, TX, FL, NY, IL, CO, PA, AZ, WA, and/or OH.
• Ability and willingness to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.
• Comfortable conducting synchronous telehealth consultations where required.
• Previous telemedicine experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
