Nurse Case Manager – NICU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• The Case Manager will concentrate on empowering members' families to promote optimal wellness while advocating for essential medical services throughout the healthcare continuum.

• Operates in a telephonic managed care environment, leveraging strong clinical expertise and critical thinking to create a care plan that guarantees quality medical services for the high-risk member population served by ProgenyHealth, adhering to the CMSA national standards for case management practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and unrestricted license in South Carolina is mandatory.

• Residing in South Carolina is required.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.

• A college degree is preferred.

• Experience in a Case Management position is preferred.

• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a Level III or higher NICU is required.

• CCM certification is required within the timeframe outlined by company policy.

• Proficiency in data entry into a database or EHR is required, with a strong command of computer skills.

• Must possess excellent interpersonal abilities, telephone etiquette, and maintain positive communication at all times.
