NQ Plan Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute, oversee, monitor, and sustain client non-qualified benefit plan accounts, including fund investments and distributions.

• Analyze workflows; employing best practices while pinpointing opportunities for increased efficiency. Support critical initiatives.

• Offer operational insights, providing technical expertise and assistance to clients and internal teams for troubleshooting issues.

• Assess and resolve business and operational challenges, identify root causes, and make independent or collaborative decisions regarding resolution methods and implementation.

• Lead the resolution of escalated client and participant issues, independently determining suitable actions while balancing risk, compliance, and client implications.

• Formulate resolution strategies, including deviations from standard procedures when deemed necessary.

• Own the operational strategy and execution for assigned plans, prioritizing tasks, resolving conflicts, and determining the most effective approaches to achieve results.

• Serve as the initial escalation point for participant inquiries through the call center; respond in alignment with standard turnaround times.

• Assist the Relationship Manager (RM) / Client Service Manager (CSM) team in the daily servicing of clients, which includes direct communication with client contacts. Provide recommendations for servicing shared clients, exercising judgment to ensure top-quality service.

• Facilitate daily transactional activities with the Trustee and trading desk. Collaborate with Same Day Trading, Asset Liability Management, and Fund Operations teams to direct appropriate asset transactions, fund swaps, and trust activities on behalf of assigned client plans.

• Coordinate with the Enrollment team to ensure accurate setup of participants and elections prior to enrollment. Oversee and ensure the accuracy of online enrollment windows.

• Manage post-enrollment processes, including auditing elections, client reporting, and supplying data for loading into the Production environment.

• Investigate data issues, including information on Risk Mitigation reports, to ensure data completeness.

• Act as the Product Owner for Payroll and Census tools, managing updates and troubleshooting as necessary.

• Provide data and reporting outputs to internal teams (trading, enrollment, RM) at specified intervals in the workflow cycle.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or relevant industry experience, or a combination of both education and practical experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in a related role within the retirement services sector.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

• Capability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, with a proven history of accuracy and consistency.
