NP / APRN – Telemedicine Primary Care Provider

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional primary care using a telemedicine-first model.

• Facilitate interactive video and audio consultations with patients.

• Maintain continuity of patient care through effective empanelment.

• Work in collaboration with a dedicated patient care advocate team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed a recognized nursing or medical program with national certification.

• Currently hold a license in California and one of the following states: CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, SC, UT, VT, VA, WA, and WI.

• Possess a valid DEA Registration in good standing for prescribing medications.

• A minimum of 3 years of practice experience post-residency is strongly preferred.

• Must be Board Certified in either Family or Internal Medicine.

• Strong dedication to evidence-based medical practices.

• A PC with Windows PRO or a Mac model from 2019 or later is required.
