This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients who speak Norwegian.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and returns with a professional demeanor.
• Uphold a polite and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
• Meticulously record customer interactions to facilitate ongoing service enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and various departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
• Proficiency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is crucial. Please indicate your nationality and native language when applying.
• A minimum of B2 level proficiency in English.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or the fashion/luxury industry is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
