This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients who speak Norwegian.
• Support customers with inquiries regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and resolving issues.
• Uphold professionalism and maintain a positive demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Precisely record customer communications to enhance service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members and logistics partners to provide timely and effective solutions.
• Engage in training to remain informed about company services and best practices in customer service.
• Native proficiency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for this role.
• Strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or logistics is beneficial, though not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
