This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Deliver exceptional customer support to clients who speak Norwegian through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to banking, account problems, transactions, and navigating digital platforms.
• Address customer issues quickly and professionally to guarantee high levels of satisfaction.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to enhance products, services, and processes.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain informed about banking products and regulatory standards.
• Outstanding fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) along with a B2 proficiency level in English is essential.
• A strong enthusiasm for customer service and a dedication to achieving excellence.
• Prior experience in customer care, particularly within the banking or fintech industry, is a plus.
• Capability to manage sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
• Superior communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; the company provides relocation support.
