This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Regional Director is essential in enhancing revenue growth by locating, engaging, and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
• Employ a consultative sales strategy with a profound understanding of healthcare workflows and regulations.
• Oversee the complete sales process—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate across departments with product, marketing, sales enablement, and customer success teams to guarantee client satisfaction and foster long-term account development.
• Develop multi-quarter strategies for account growth, renewals, and upsells, utilizing data and relationship insights.
• Interact with stakeholders, including clinicians, IT leaders, and executives.
• Comprehend SaaS integration with healthcare systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Establish rapport and sustain long-term relationships after the sale.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare technology sales, ideally in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated success in quota-carrying positions with complex sales cycles.
• Experience in managing relationships at the executive level and navigating procurement processes.
• Exposure to selling or supporting technical products.
• Knowledge of sales analytics tools (e.g., SFDC, PowerBi, Definitive Healthcare, etc.).
• 35% travel
