This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Accountable for business development within the EIT market segments across North America
β’ Serves as the primary contact for sales activities related to Aircraft/Aerospace and Military/Defense
β’ Formulates and orchestrates sales and marketing strategies for the development of new products
β’ Evaluates performance against established goals on a quarterly basis
β’ Advocate for enhancing Tenneco SP's reputation as the leading supplier in the industry
β’ Partner with Product Management and R&D to ensure that product development meets customer expectations
β’ A university degree in Business or Engineering is mandatory
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in the Aerospace, Defense, or Rail sectors
β’ Experience in manufacturer representative and distribution sales management is essential
β’ Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of evaluating and resolving customer issues
β’ Proficient in PC usage, including the Microsoft Office suite
β’ Must be a proactive, innovative self-starter possessing excellent communication skills and high energy
