Non-Flying Client Aviation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Direct and oversee the flight department team, which includes pilots, flight attendants, and maintenance staff.

• Establish and nurture effective relationships with key internal partners at Solairus, including the Client Responsible Officer (CRO), Client Services Director (CSD), Flight Coordinator (FC), and others.

• Ensure that all activities within the flight department adhere to FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; degrees in aviation management, business administration, or related fields are highly valued.

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex operational settings.

• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-management abilities.

• Familiarity with FAA regulations, Part 91 operations, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and best practices in business aviation.
