This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee and execute release planning, development, testing, and deployment of IVR enhancements across various agencies.
• Create and develop call flows while integrating backend systems through application programming interfaces (APIs).
• Manage NICE Business Units (BU) and play a role in solution design and network optimization.
• Provide routing design and implementation support for contact center technologies.
• Collaborate with Architecture teams to design, develop, deploy, and utilize APIs.
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance when scripting challenges occur.
• Facilitate communication regarding issues and resolutions with multiple technical teams during production incidents.
• Review support tickets with agency leadership and supervise issue resolution across different teams.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with NICE InContact CXOne.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with NICE CXOne Studio scripting.
• Practical experience in designing and implementing NICE CXOne solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS providers.
• Experience with virtualized systems, including application servers, databases, and networking infrastructure.
• Capability to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Strong skills in conflict management and organizational communication.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferable experience in creating Contact Center dashboards.
• Basic understanding of intersystem networking and data traffic flow between components.
• Proficient in troubleshooting end-to-end call center applications.
• Experience addressing browser-related issues (Chrome and Edge) when engaging with web-based applications like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
