NICE CX-One Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute release planning, development, testing, and deployment of IVR enhancements across various agencies.

• Create and construct call flows while integrating backend systems through application programming interfaces (APIs).

• Manage NICE Business Units (BU) and play a role in solution design and network optimization.

• Deliver routing design and implementation for contact center technologies.

• Work in collaboration with Architecture teams to design, develop, deploy, and utilize APIs.

• Offer technical support and troubleshooting when scripting issues occur.

• Coordinate communication and resolution of issues with multiple technical teams during production incidents.

• Review support tickets with agency leadership and oversee the resolution of issues across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with NICE InContact CXOne.

• At least 3 years of professional experience with NICE CXOne Studio scripting.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing NICE CXOne solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS providers.

• Experience with virtualized systems, including application servers, databases, and networking infrastructure.

• Capability to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Strong conflict management and organizational communication skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Nice to Have: Experience in creating Contact Center dashboards.

• Basic understanding of intersystem networking and data traffic flow between components.

• Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end call center applications.

• Experience in addressing browser-related issues (Chrome and Edge) when using web-based applications such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
