News Production Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the production of Endpoints News newsletters and the associated website.

• Edit content for the newsroom to ensure quality and clarity.

• Execute website production tasks as required.

• Create and build newsletters for distribution.

• Oversee photo-related tasks and responsibilities.

• Support editorial projects, including the people column and various special initiatives.

• Collaborate with the copy and production team effectively.

• Work closely with editors to align on content strategies.

• Function independently in a digital-first, remote work setting.

• Adhere to an East Coast work schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.

• Possess 3–5 years of experience in a newsroom environment.

• Preferably have experience in a fast-paced business news or healthcare news setting.

• Demonstrate confidence in operating independently within a digital-first context.

• Ability to maintain an East Coast work schedule.

• Experience or skills in copy editing, website production, newsletter creation, and photo tasks.
