• Conduct structured one-on-one discovery sessions to identify revenue objectives, failure patterns, and growth obstacles.
• Assess and recommend whether an HTM program is the appropriate solution. If it is, guide them through the enrollment process; if not, disengage with respect.
• Uphold disciplined CRM practices and ensure consistent, thoughtful follow-ups with long-cycle prospects.
• Facilitate outcomes by enrolling qualified owners in: Our 5-Week Virtual Bootcamp and Our Membership Waiting List.
• Work collaboratively and occasionally travel to attend live events and national conferences with the team.
• Over 10 years of experience in high-ticket sales, executive recruiting, or business advisory roles.
• Strong emotional intelligence, capable of asking incisive, essential questions and reading between the lines.
• An ownership mindset, believing that growth necessitates accountability and decisive action.
• Masterful communication skills, enabling deep listening and guiding conversations toward clear decisions.
