This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Organise and assess a dynamic database of registered companies (updated daily from Companies House) to identify and prioritize high-potential leads based on specified criteria.
• Conduct research to obtain relevant contact information, particularly for decision-makers or owners of target companies.
• Engage with prospects through LinkedIn and/or email, crafting personalized and relevant messages to enhance engagement and response rates.
• Qualify leads by evaluating their readiness for further discussions and interest in our accounting services.
• Provide the Managing Director with qualified, engaged leads of business owners eager to explore our services.
• Proactively troubleshoot and enhance the lead generation process to increase efficiency and effectiveness over time.
• Experience in lead generation, prospect research, or sales, ideally within a B2B setting.
• Strong research capabilities to efficiently gather and verify essential contact details.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and email outreach, including the ability to craft compelling messages that generate interest and engagement.
• A self-motivated mindset with a strong initiative—comfortable addressing challenges and determining the best approach independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
