This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Proactively seek out, engage, and cultivate new VIP players in your designated area.
• Conceptualize, design, and implement regional DraftKings Player Acquisition events.
• Execute a localized go-to-market strategy while developing VIP acquisition events, promotions, and special offers.
• Oversee and assess the execution of the business plan to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Contribute to net revenue, process improvements, and compliance measures while adhering to all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming regulations.
• Develop a Player experience that fosters high levels of brand loyalty.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development with high-value accounts.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of high-value accounts with established customer relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial setting.
• Willingness to travel and work during evenings and weekends.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the necessary State Gaming Licenses.
