This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Navigate and address account challenges with customized solutions
• Develop strategic territory plans that align with shared priorities and product demand
• Collaborate with territory teammates, field teams, and colleagues from the home office
• Evaluate market, competitive, and cross-functional dynamics to foresee opportunities and challenges
• Utilize territory data and market trends to reveal local insights and enhance pull-through initiatives
• Lead customer interactions both virtually and in-person
• Organize stakeholder planning sessions and collaborate across various functions
• Provide real-time access support through Patient Specialty Services
• Tailor customer outreach using digital tools and omni-channel strategies
• Act as the primary point of contact for accounts and Health Care Providers
• Enhance patient outcomes through account engagement, navigation of access, and demand generation
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year college or university
• Relevant experience within the last 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B, or similarly intricate sales environments
• Territory Account Specialist level: at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Senior Territory Account Specialist level: a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Executive Territory Account Specialist level: at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Associate level: 4+ years of US military service in a leadership role or limited prior sales experience
• Demonstrated consistent high performance
• Experience in selling to large accounts and key customers
• Analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and utilize relevant information
• Ethical leadership and adherence to company policies and laws
• Must reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the territory boundary
• Willingness to travel 60–80% across a wide geographic area
• Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory
• A fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license is required
• Ability to communicate clinical product information effectively
• COVID-19 customer credentialing requirements may necessitate vaccination
