This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Address and resolve account challenges with customized solutions
• Develop strategic territory plans that align with common priorities
• Enhance product demand while fostering improved patient outcomes
• Collaborate with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office staff
• Utilize market, competitive, and cross-functional insights to discover opportunities
• Analyze territory data and market trends to gain local insights and facilitate pull-through
• Conduct impactful virtual and face-to-face customer engagements
• Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders to tackle complex challenges
• Provide real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services
• Leverage digital tools and omni-channel strategies to tailor customer outreach
• Act as the main point of contact for accounts and healthcare providers
• Maintain a balance between demand generation and strategic account engagement
• A bachelor's degree is required from an accredited four-year college or university
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries within the past 5 years, especially with large, geographically dispersed sales teams or complex sales environments
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience for the Territory Account Specialist level; higher positions require 5 or more years
• Demonstrated history of consistent high performance
• Experience in navigating and selling to major accounts and key clients
• Analytical skills to prioritize and utilize information for solving customer issues
• Ethical leadership with the capacity to promote ethical conduct and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Residency within the territory or a reasonable commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border is required
• Willingness to travel 60–80% across a wide geography
• Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory
• A fully valid and unrestricted driver's license is mandatory
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a matrix environment
• Proficient in communicating clinical product information effectively
• Preferred: experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategies, and new product launches
• Preferred: knowledge of patient services, market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and medical interactions with HCPs
• Customer-facing employees must adhere to customers’ credentialing guidelines, which may include vaccination requirements
• For Associate level: 4+ years of US military leadership experience or limited prior sales experience may qualify
