This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets for designated regions by executing approved marketing and sales strategies and solutions.
• Recognize and address the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals through engaging conversations to identify underlying patient requirements and how our products can fulfill those needs.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Directors, Managers, Patient Access teams, Regional Business Directors, HUB services, and other organizational members to create strategies that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Formulate and execute a dynamic territory business plan by examining the business landscape, competitive environment, and market conditions to drive growth.
• Build, cultivate, and sustain professional relationships with targeted Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) including physicians, medical staff, and key hospital personnel as well as ALS center staff.
• Navigate the hospital formulary process and devise strategies to guarantee successful product positioning and availability.
• Anticipate potential business challenges, adapt priorities as necessary, demonstrate flexibility, and develop solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in selling skills, clinical knowledge, market understanding, and familiarity with the business environment of the territory.
• Work collaboratively with peers and company personnel to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives and initiatives.
• Effectively schedule and organize activities to maximize efficiency and meet goals and objectives.
• Serve as a company ambassador; present a professional image and represent the company, its products, and personnel with integrity and respect.
• Complete tasks and projects assigned by the Regional Business Director.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• BA/BS Degree.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Neurology and/or CNS.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the regulations/guidelines related to pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience with launching new products.
• Highly self-motivated, dedicated to excellence, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong selling capabilities with a proven track record of sales success, especially in new product launches.
• Impeccable professional image paired with exceptional ability to engage others and form strong business relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with effective presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Veeva is an advantage.
• Must be willing to travel up to 30%, including frequent overnight stays.
