This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and sustain computer algorithms for the analysis of structural and functional MRI data for neuroscience research related to neuroimaging.
• Assist in the design and ongoing development of custom software needed to execute computer algorithms.
• Process existing neuroimaging data while ensuring rigorous quality assurance.
• Manage databases for neuroimaging studies.
• Prepare documentation and program descriptions for both newly developed and existing analysis software aimed at processing and analyzing neuroimaging data.
• Create and apply advanced statistical and analytical methods to neuroimaging and related data utilizing software programming tools (e.g., Linux, MATLAB, Python, R routines).
• Transfer files to the appropriate server and uphold the study's neuroimaging database.
• Perform various tasks related to the objectives of laboratory neuroimaging analyses.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• No specific certification or professional license is required for this role.
• No particular work experience is needed for this position.
• Skills: 3D Slicer, C (Programming Language), C++ Programming Language, Communication, Computer Languages, FreeSurfer, Hardware Configurations, Linux Bash Shell, Psychological Evaluations, Python (Programming Language), Python Matplotlib, Research Labs, Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM), Software Packages, Statistical Packages, Visual Aesthetics.
