This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for ELAW's Network Support and Regranting initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy of partner and subgrant information within organizational databases, maintaining data integrity.
• Assist in the administration and monitoring of regranting activities, including documentation management, reporting, and adherence to deadlines.
• Organize and maintain electronic files, records, and program documentation systematically.
• Compile data and materials from grantees for analysis, data visualization, and reporting purposes.
• Draft, edit, and distribute communications to network members, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee shared inboxes and respond to general inquiries or direct requests to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinate the collection and organization of program reports, supporting documents, and other necessary materials.
• Assist with updates and maintenance of Salesforce and other databases, including reporting and record-keeping.
• Work collaboratively with internal staff across departments to ensure effective coordination of Network Support and Regranting efforts.
• Contribute to process enhancements by documenting procedures and identifying areas for improving efficiency.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (4+ additional years of related experience).
• A minimum of one (1) year of administrative, program coordination, nonprofit, or related professional experience.
• At least one (1) year of experience working with databases and ensuring accurate record maintenance.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Experience working independently.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and a keen interest in collaborating with an international network.

• Availability to maintain at least six (6) hours of overlap with Pacific Time working hours.
