This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Collaborate with the Director of Network Services and State Vice Presidents to locate, recruit, and onboard new Network Partner agencies within the designated territory.
• Formulate and execute regional sales strategies aimed at enhancing premium aggregation with Keystone Core Carriers and driving revenue growth.
• Establish and nurture strong, consultative relationships with current Network Partners and Carriers throughout the region.
• Leverage Salesforce to efficiently manage pipeline activity, document sales efforts, and implement strategic growth initiatives.
• Advocate for and educate Network Partners regarding Keystone’s array of Network Services while collecting feedback to identify opportunities for improved offerings and support.
• Organize and lead annual strategic planning sessions with Network Partners to foster long-term growth and operational success.
• Provide ongoing reports on sales activity, pipeline advancements, and business development initiatives to Network leadership.
• Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process for new Network Partners.
• Inform members about available Network Services, carrier programs, and vendor discount opportunities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging best practices to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
• Represent Keystone in a professional manner through industry engagement, presentations, branding efforts, and relationship-building activities.
• Develop strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders that contribute to revenue generation and overall network expansion.
• Assist with additional projects, initiatives, and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• An active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license is required.
• 7–10+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in the insurance industry.
• Formal sales methodology training (e.g., Sandler, Challenger Sale, Miller Heiman) is highly regarded.
• Strong comprehension of the insurance industry, including emerging market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Established connections with agency owners and key industry contacts throughout the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, as well as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proven leadership, relationship-building, and strategic business development capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to create presentations and written content for publication or distribution.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40–60%, including overnight and occasional weekend travel.
• Flexibility to work extended or non-traditional hours as business needs dictate.
