Network Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and technical knowledge to the Network Operations Team.

• Oversee and assist with network hardware and software management.

• Maintain professional relationships with Business Unit representatives.

• Gain an understanding of the current KEI network environment and operational processes.

• Assist in ongoing projects related to Network Operations.

• Seek out opportunities to enhance existing KEI processes and systems.

• Contribute to the Azure infrastructure migration strategy and datacenter transition.

• Direct projects for the Network Operations team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related IT field.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficient in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP.

• Experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus Switches.

• Familiarity with Cisco Wireless Access Points and Controllers.

• Understanding of Network Security Fundamentals.

• Experience using Grafana Dashboards.

• Knowledge of Palo Alto and Fortiweb Firewalls.

• Experience with public cloud networking.

• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices.

• Proficient in Cisco ISE.

• Strong English communication skills.
