Network Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical leadership for the Network Operations Service Portfolio

• Serve as the main escalation point and subject matter expert for network projects

• Oversee the administration, support, and ongoing enhancement of network services

• Establish and uphold enterprise network architecture standards

• Manage vendor relationships and provide necessary support

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise network technologies

• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Platforms

• 5+ years of experience with Palo Alto

• 5+ years of experience with Express routes

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID

• Exceptional communication skills

• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience
