Network Analyst – SD-WAN Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage, support, and enhance the corporate network environment with an emphasis on SD-WAN solutions.

• Engage in the planning, deployment, and upkeep of WAN, LAN, Internet infrastructure, and service provider connectivity.

• Establish, implement, and refine routing policies, QoS, segmentation, and network resilience.

• Execute advanced troubleshooting for incidents related to connectivity, performance, and service availability.

• Participate in expansion, modernization, and transformation initiatives for the network infrastructure.

• Conduct analyses of capacity, performance, and consumption trends for communication environments.

• Collaborate with telecommunications providers and technical partners for support.

• Assist in defining standards, architectures, and best practices for network environments.

• Automate operational tasks and processes related to the management of network infrastructure.

• Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and root cause analyses (RCA).

• Ensure that services comply with availability, security, and business continuity requirements.

• Work in partnership with security, infrastructure, cloud, audit, and risk teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience managing medium- to large-scale corporate network environments.

• Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN solutions.

• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPsec VPN, QoS, NAT, DNS, and DHCP.

• Experience with Cisco Catalyst devices and Cisco management platforms.

• Proficient in troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Internet, and SD-WAN networks.

• Understanding of telecommunications services and carriers.

• Knowledge of fundamental network security concepts.

• Experience in monitoring and performance analysis of connectivity environments.

• Skills in network automation using Python, APIs, or similar tools are an advantage.

• Preferred certifications include: CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise SD-WAN Implementation, Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise SD-WAN Design, Cisco DevNet Associate, and ITIL Foundation.
