This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provides dedicated first-level support for the NetSuite helpdesk queue
• Offers prompt and high-quality assistance to users
• Independently handles daily support requests
• Diagnoses functional issues
• Acts as a dependable extension of the internal team while facilitating ongoing business operations
• Over 3 years of practical NetSuite experience in a functional support or administrative role
• Proven expertise with NetSuite saved searches, reports, dashboards, and role/permissions management
• Experience in troubleshooting NetSuite issues across key modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and/or Project Accounting
• Capability to work autonomously and manage a ticket queue with minimal daily oversight
• Excellent written English communication skills — professional, clear, and user-friendly in all communications
• Comfortable operating within a structured escalation model and adhering to defined protocols
• Familiarity with related financial systems such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), Avalara, Rillion, or FloQast
• Working knowledge of financial accounting principles (AP/AR cycles, month-end close, reconciliation concepts)
• Background in energy, infrastructure, real estate, or project-based accounting environments
• Experience with SOX compliance processes or audit support activities
• Basic understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics Workbook, or NetSuite integration platforms (Celigo, Boomi)
• Familiarity with IT helpdesk or ITSM tools (FreshService, ADO, or similar)
• Background in accounting or finance (degree, certification, or equivalent experience)
