This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a senior client-facing leader responsible for the effective execution of ERP implementations, specifically focusing on NetSuite and Workday solutions.
• Lead and guide cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment among stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; proactively monitor availability and optimize utilization across various engagements.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks by developing and implementing robust risk management plans and escalation strategies.
• Drive project governance through status reporting, KPI tracking, and high-level communication regarding project health and outcomes.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to assist clients in navigating complex ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives.
• Function as a Solution Architect on selected projects, leading solution design for NetSuite and Workday implementations to ensure alignment with client business needs and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to establish end-to-end system architecture, including integrations, data strategy, and configuration decisions across NetSuite and Workday platforms.
• Offer strategic advice on system design trade-offs, scalability, and long-term maintainability of ERP solutions.
• Foster a client-first mindset, utilizing expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to deliver measurable value and positive results.
• Advocate for and exemplify BPM’s values, including supporting remote-first operations, utilizing digital collaboration tools, and contributing to sustainable workplace practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in ERP consulting and project management, with proven success in leading implementations for NetSuite and/or Workday.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations within a consulting environment.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop work breakdown structures, project plans, and resource forecasting (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
• In-depth knowledge of ERP ecosystems, encompassing data migrations, integrations, reporting, and system customizations.
• Experience in contributing to or leading solution architecture for ERP implementations, translating business requirements into scalable system designs across NetSuite and/or Workday.
• Experience managing large, distributed teams across multiple concurrent projects.
• Exceptional client management and executive communication abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.
