NetSuite Functional Consultant, Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate NetSuite discovery workshops and design solution sessions

• Configure and tailor NetSuite modules encompassing Finance, Operations, Inventory, and Warehouse Management

• Create SuiteScript 2.x customizations, workflows, dashboards, and saved searches

• Design and manage integrations utilizing REST, SOAP, SuiteTalk, and OAuth 2.0

• Develop and enhance warehouse workflows, including pick-pack-ship, replenishment, cycle counting, and scanner integrations

• Provide support for multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and inventory management implementations

• Generate functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and client status reports

• Deliver ongoing system enhancements, troubleshooting, and managed services support

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership stakeholders to refine business processes

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of practical experience with NetSuite

• Proven experience in at least two full-cycle NetSuite implementations in a leading consultant or developer capacity

• In-depth functional knowledge of: GL, AP, AR, Banking, Procurement & Order Management, Inventory & Warehouse Management, as well as Multi-Currency & Multi-Subsidiary environments

• Proficient in SuiteScript 2.x, including User Event Client Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce, Suitelets, and RESTlets

• Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteBuilder

• Practical integration experience with REST, SOAP, SuiteTalk, and OAuth 2.0

• Knowledge of warehouse processes, including bin management, lot/serial tracking, and handheld scanner workflows

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Capacity to independently produce functional documents and present solutions to business stakeholders
