.Net/C# Developer, SaaS Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, debug, deliver, and maintain software systems for both new and existing product features.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and/or stakeholders throughout the development process to ensure seamless releases.

• Work alongside your team members and project manager to convey technical requirements to stakeholders and address technical challenges in a scalable and practical manner.

• Mentor junior and new team members by clarifying team expectations, offering technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and engaging in pair programming activities.

• Contribute to planning by identifying key tasks, breaking them down, estimating, and organizing work.

• Write thorough tests at different stages of the development cycle to guarantee that the code operates as intended.

• Review code from colleagues to uphold high code quality, facilitate knowledge sharing within the team, and foster a safe environment for giving and receiving feedback.

• Create and evaluate documentation on coding processes to ensure scalability.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in .NET/C# with a solid understanding of the framework and its ecosystem.

• A passion for and demonstrated experience in software development best practices and coding standards.

• Enjoy solving moderately complex problems, with a proven ability to address issues and propose effective solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with teams and conveying technical concepts to non-technical cross-functional partners.

• Enthusiastic about testing methodologies and debugging techniques to ensure high-quality code.
