Customer Platform Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in deploying their platforms: Support clients in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platforms tailored to their specific requirements.

• Address customers' infrastructure challenges: Identify, troubleshoot, and proactively manage technical issues related to infrastructure.

• Perform platform health assessments: Conduct on-demand evaluations to gauge the performance and durability of platforms, offering recommendations for enhancements.

• Maintain technical documentation of the architecture: Create and revise architecture-related documents, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with the Product team to incorporate architectural needs into products and work alongside Solution Engineers to assist in pre-sales efforts by resolving platform issues and fulfilling design requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Hands-on experience with containerization runtimes and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.

• Comprehensive understanding of Kubernetes architecture and Helm-based application deployments.

• Strong analytical skills and the capability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems.

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficient in Arabic.

• Adaptable to working in a remote, asynchronous environment with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

• Bonus: Previous experience in the cybersecurity sector.

• Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (customers, internal teams, both technical and non-technical individuals, etc.).

• Analytical mindset with the ability to devise effective solutions for infrastructure challenges.

• Capacity to integrate with the Customer team, demonstrating a willingness to learn and comprehend product features, software architecture, and the threat intelligence domain.

• A collaborative team player, skilled in working with multidisciplinary teams.
