Middle/Senior Java Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable backend solutions utilizing Java

• Engage with microservices architecture and play a role in the design of technical solutions

• Develop, sustain, and enhance REST APIs and backend systems

• Facilitate delivery through CI/CD pipelines and contemporary engineering practices

• Operate within containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes

• Implement software security principles and adhere to development best practices

• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in a long-term project environment

• Demonstrated experience in Java development with a robust technical foundation

• Proficiency in solution design and microservices architecture

• Practical experience in constructing and optimizing REST APIs and backend systems

• Acquaintance with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Understanding of DevOps practices and associated tools

• Comprehensive knowledge of software security principles and best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

• Lithuanian citizenship is mandatory

• Proficient in Lithuanian

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
