This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Propose, evaluate, and take responsibility for technical designs at the EPIC/feature level.
• Establish and maintain coding standards while actively participating in the code review process.
• Mentor junior Developer team members, facilitating their professional development and performance improvement.
• Effectively apply SDLC best practices and design patterns.
• Convert the Product Owner’s vision into actionable technical strategies and implement them with your development team.
• Identify aspects of technical debt within the team, assist in prioritizing them, and lead their resolution.
• Engage in recruitment activities, including conducting second-stage technical interviews when necessary.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, sharing pertinent insights with the team as part of ongoing technology monitoring.
• A college or university degree/diploma in Computer Science (or an equivalent qualification).
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in developing web applications, REST APIs, and SaaS products.
• Strong understanding and application of SOLID and DDD principles, with an emphasis on writing clean, maintainable code.
• Proficiency in the following technologies: .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, Vue.js, CSS, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
• A strong team-oriented approach and a collaborative mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension).
