This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

• Join a dynamic team of 5 to 8 developers.

• Daily responsibilities encompass hands-on coding, mentoring, guiding, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with the team.

• Design and develop backend applications utilizing technologies such as C#, .NET, Python, SQL Server, and CI/CD.

• Create APIs using Apache SOLR and NodeJS.

• Manage project tasks beyond development and solutioning, including testing, documentation generation, and maintenance.

• Advocate for development and technical best practices while demonstrating sound judgment.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies proactively.

• Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and best practices.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering medium to large scale web applications and REST APIs.

• At least 3 years of development experience in C#, .NET, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and Python; JavaScript experience is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of software development, debugging, and deployment tools.

• Familiarity with Apache SOLR or Elasticsearch.

• Experience with Kubernetes.

• Ability to create technical models and documentation.

• Must be a collaborative team player, willing to follow directions and take initiative.

• Proficient in version control software, preferably Git.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to various technologies.

• Experience in providing code samples (e.g., URLs with descriptions of your contributions, zip files, links to GitHub or equivalent profiles).
