.NET Senior Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain backend APIs and services utilizing the .NET framework (Core/.NET).

• Collaborate on the architectural design of new functionalities and the ongoing enhancement of current systems.

• Maintain code quality through unit and integration testing while adhering to development best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture).

• Implement and oversee observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces) with tools like Dynatrace to track application health and performance in a production environment.

• Engage with cloud infrastructure, deploying and managing services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

• Actively take part in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and conduct code reviews (Code Review).

• Detect performance bottlenecks and suggest optimization strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer.

• Proficiency in .NET Core or .NET 6/7/8+ and the C# programming language.

• Experience with Dynatrace for application monitoring, tracing, and performance assessment (observability).

• Practical knowledge and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

• Experience in using and managing containers through Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes, preferably GKE.

• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and asynchronous communication methods (queues/messaging, e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).

• Awareness of CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.
