• Provide technical direction and mentoring to a team of software developers.

• Collaborate with both contemporary C#/.NET APIs and older VB-based applications.

• Guarantee quality, uniformity, and compliance with development best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in professional software development.

• More than 3 years of experience in leading software development teams.

• Profound understanding of C# .NET best practices.

• Strong proficiency in: C# and .NET (Framework / or .NET Core / .NET 6+).

• Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with legacy VB or VB.NET applications.

• Robust understanding of: Domain Driven Design.

• Object-oriented design principles.

• Knowledge of design patterns.

• Understanding of SOLID principles.

• Commitment to clean code and maintainable architecture.

• Experience utilizing Git-based source control.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in writing and reviewing unit and integration tests.

• Background working in Agile or iterative development settings.
