This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Create and implement new product features based on the provided specifications and requirements.

• Engage actively in system design and offer innovative ideas and optimal implementation methods.

• Provide support for the product and resolve bugs identified by users and the QA team.

• Follow best practices in development.

• Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Mentor and guide junior team members.

• Proficient in .NET / C# (including LINQ, Generics, async programming, IoC container, and dependency injection).

• Strong grasp of OOP and SOLID principles.

• Solid SQL skills in MSSQL/MYSQL/Oracle.

• Familiar with multi-threaded, high-performance applications.

• Knowledgeable about Agile development processes and sprint planning.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Prior experience in a FX/trading/financial company.

• Experienced C# developer comfortable with server-side code development.

• At least 5 years of .NET experience in a dynamic IT environment (preferably within the Banking/Finance sector and ideally in front office IT).

• Experience in developing connected, service-oriented applications (GRPC/SOAP/REST).

• Familiar with messaging systems (Redis/Tibco/ActiveMQ/ServiceBus).

• Experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks (XUnit/NUnit/SpecFlow/XBehave).

• Knowledge of Meta Trader 4/5.

• Development experience in Azure / AWS cloud environments.

• Familiarity with Redis or similar NoSQL databases.

• Experience with continuous integration tools (Azure DevOps or similar).

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with JIRA, DevOps, or other bug tracking software.

• Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
