This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Recording and forwarding IT and network issues to the appropriate resolution teams
• Diagnosing and resolving first-level network outages using IT tools
• Monitoring network devices within an automated monitoring system
• Proactive troubleshooting to prevent foreseeable outages
• Utilizing a ticket management system to log incidents
• Maintaining regular communication with clients and various resolution groups
• Strong intermediate/advanced proficiency in German
• At least basic proficiency in English
• Minimum of secondary education
• Willingness to work 24/7 due to international service requirements
• IT affinity: quick adaptation to new programs and smooth operation within complex systems
• Assertive and confident personality
• Ability to multitask
• Accuracy and precision
• Team player
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Employment contract with entitlement to remuneration
