NBHWC-Certified Health Coach Faculty Member

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver the board-approved curriculum weekly through 90-minute live sessions.

• Conduct individual Practical Skills Assessment sessions with students during three (3) PSA windows throughout our 20-week cohorts. This involves reviewing student-submitted videos of their client coaching, evaluating them using our board-approved Practical Skills Assessment Rubric, and then meeting with each student for 20 minutes to offer feedback based on the completed rubric.

• Offer ongoing feedback on how to enhance the program based on student engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an NBHWC certified coach - please include your certification number when applying.

• Possess a Master's Degree in a Health & Wellness discipline recognized by NBHWC for faculty members.

• Have familiarity and confidence in teaching NBHWC's core curriculum.

• Share alignment with mindbodygreen values, particularly regarding the transformative power of functional nutrition for health and well-being.

• Comfortable with live instruction technology and educational platforms.

• Proficient with Zoom for feedback sessions and related technologies.

• Completed 60 hours of coaching training.

• Accumulated 200 hours of coaching sessions post board certification.
