This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Accountable for managing Strategic Accounts, including contracts and compliance.
• Support the development and execution of a business plan to fulfill corporate objectives in the region (Canada).
• Integral member of the team driving RFP and GPO initiatives for significant contracts.
• Enhance the product portfolio and support.
• Oversee end-to-end contract negotiations and ensure the preparation and implementation of business reviews to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create and implement compliance campaigns aimed at maximizing ROI.
• Follow up on sales activities with Regions, Channels, and/or Key Account Managers regarding sales forecasts, financial projections, and established Sales KPIs.
• Position Essity as the preferred partner and brand among strategic accounts.
• Represent Essity at national meetings while cultivating and expanding a robust network of key partners.
• Establish strong industry relationships to bolster business in Canada.
• Execute other critical responsibilities as required.
• Exhibit strong leadership within the Essity organization.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business or Sales & Marketing.
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in leadership positions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with GPO and SSO partners in a performance management capacity.
• Proven success in B2B sales.
• Prior experience within a matrixed organization.
• Proficient in CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in developing pertinent reports.
• Established track record of successful leadership.
• Experience in leading change effectively.
• Ability to translate growth strategies into actionable sales plans, best practices, and operational frameworks across a diverse business portfolio.
• Excellent business acumen, along with strategic planning, analytical, communication, project management, and change management capabilities.
• Commitment to customer success and a passion for achieving results and customer satisfaction.
• Effective communicator, capable of clearly articulating key strategies, plans, and reports to drive significant business outcomes.
• Strong listening and facilitation abilities.
